Ham and Egg Bake

 12 eggs
 3 tbsp unsalted butter
 0.50 lb Ham
 0.50 cup milk
 0.50 tsp salt

This is a very easy breakfast choice. The most imporant ingredient is butter use a high quality butter for this.

chop your ham it can also be squared cubes.

whisk really well 12 eggs your milk and salt.

melt the butter and cook your ham for about 5 minutes.

Add the egg mixture and stir it very well so that the butter from the ham is all over the eggs.

close the lid add about 6 coals on top and 8 below. open the lid and check it every 5 minutes for me it took 20 minutes for the egg to bake it will surprisingly rise up like a cake. Don't over cook it!
