Heat oil in a dutch oven over approx 14 coals. Add ground beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-10 minutes.
Pour the tomato, mushroom and spices into the dutch oven.
Add 1 cup of water, pour it into the jar and shake it to drain the remaming sauce out of the jar. Add 1/2 cup of red wine of your choice.
Stir sauce and close the lid for 20-30 minutes. Add generous amount of coals to the top of the lid keep the coal numbers the same or less for the bottom.
Serve with pasta of your choice. The pasta can be precooked (stored in a cooler) or prepared on the spot.
