A hearty and delicious stew made with pork and potatoes.
Chop one onion
Chop carrots
chop one green apple
Chop tomato
2-3 lbs pork tenderloin in squares
on cooking oil, heat onions until they are translucent
add carrots and green apples
brown the pork for 5-10 mins
add all remaining ingredients, stir
close the lid and slow cook adding 14 coals above and 16 below.
Serve with rice or by itself. Enjoy!
